At James Reid Furniture, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our design team will spend as much necessary time needed to assure that you're happy with your order.
We meticulously put your order into processing, make sure the furniture manufacturer has acknowledged your order correctly, and make sure you have an estimated time of arrival with any custom orders.
We do our best to give our clients up-to-date information on their custom pieces, but due to the nature of the furniture and manufacturing industries, timing may fluctuate. we ask that if you have any questions about your custom pieces, you follow up with your design associate.

Our one-of-a-kind furniture pieces in our clearance section may have cosmetic issues and slight blemishes on the surface. We suggest you view the pieces you’re interested in to make sure you’re satisfied with the appearance. Anything purchased sight unseen is purchased at your discretion. Once a clearance item is delivered, it’s final sale.
We do our best to make sure your experience at James Reid furniture is a great one.

Special orders, once placed, can only be cancelled within 24 hours with a 10% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, your special order can no longer be cancelled.

There will be a 20% restocking charge on returned goods. Delivery and handling charges may apply.

We are not responsible for you order if you decide to move without informing us. If you have select dates you need furniture by, please state that to your sales rep.

Once an order comes in, an individual has 3 months to set up a delivery date.

If an individual has decided to pick up a furniture piece themselves from our warehouse, we are not responsible for any damages once it leaves the premises.

Delivery dates on manufactured pieces are subject to change without notice due to frame and cover availability, transportation times, and labour. We do our best to give you an estimated date of arrival but that date could be prolonged.
