Before your purchase leaves our warehouse for delivery, they go through an extensive inspection process. Our Warehouse personnel carefully unpack each piece taking great care removing tape, plastic, cardboard, and foam. Our onsite finishing staff meticulously inspects and grooms the furniture, preparing each piece so it will be perfect in your home.

Our one-of-a-kind furniture pieces in our clearance section may have cosmetic issues and slight blemishes on the surface. We suggest you view the pieces you’re interested in to make sure you’re satisfied with the appearance. At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your purchases at James Reid Furniture. Anything purchased sight unseen is purchased at your discretion. Once a clearance item is delivered, it’s final sale.
